Handed over working, not handed over to configure

  • A storefront on your own domain, taking a real order within 48 hours, and the administrator login is yours.
  • Room for 500 products, with categories, sizes, colours and stock counts.
  • Checkout wired to the payment methods you actually use, tested with a live transaction.
  • Order emails that reach you and your customer, both proven before handover.
  • A shop that works properly on a phone, which is where most of your orders will come from.
  • Shipping zones and rates set for the places you genuinely deliver to.
  • Your money goes straight from your customer to your payment provider. It never passes through me.
  • Orders and customer records backed up nightly, 30 days of them kept.

What you pay, and what it covers

Two figures. No line items, no setup charge broken out, and nothing you find out about after the invoice.

Your first year

$549

Once, before anything is built.

  • The whole thing built, configured and tested before you see it.
  • Your domain registered in your name and pointed at it.
  • Cloudflare, the certificate and the monitoring, all in place on day one.
  • Twelve months of me keeping it running.
  • Your login, within 48 hours of payment clearing.

Every year after that

$399

Once a year, and only if you want another year.

  • Your domain renewed, still in your name.
  • Another twelve months of updates, patches, backups and monitoring.
  • The same support, answered by the same person.
  • Nothing rebuilt and nothing set up again — which is why it costs less.

This is an annual payment. One invoice, once a year. Nothing is billed monthly, nothing auto-charges, and no card is kept on file. I invoice you 30 days before renewal and you decide what to do — which is also why the reminder arrives while cancelling still costs nothing.

All figures in USD.

What the plan actually carries

Need more? Extra capacity is available at any time — just ask. Nothing is rebuilt and there is no second setup fee.

Email on your own domain

The domain is already yours and already in the price. Mailboxes on it are the one thing that is not, and they are the cheapest upgrade in how your business reads to somebody who has never met you.

Business email

$49

A year, on top of your plan. Up to 5 mailboxes.

  • you@yourcompany.com instead of a generic address. It is the first thing a client notices and the last thing they forget.
  • Works in Outlook, Apple Mail, Gmail and on your phone. Nothing new to learn and nothing to install.
  • SPF, DKIM and DMARC set up properly, so what you send actually lands in an inbox.
  • Shared addresses as well — info@, sales@, support@ — pointing wherever you want them to.
  • On the same invoice as everything else, renewing with your plan. Never a second bill from anyone.

Or not

Keep the address you already use.

  • Your online store works exactly the same either way.
  • Nothing about the plan changes and nothing is disabled.
  • You can add it later, at the same price, on your next invoice.

Say yes on the order form, or ask me about it first. Adding it a year from now costs exactly the same as adding it today.

What this does not cover

Stated plainly, so nobody finds out after paying.

  • Typing in your catalogue. I build the structure and load a sample; the rest is yours or quoted separately.
  • Writing product descriptions, category copy or photographing your stock.
  • Custom checkout logic or a bespoke integration with your warehouse.
  • Paid extensions or a purchased theme. Buy the licence and I install it.
  • Moving an existing shop across. Every build starts blank — if you want your catalogue and customers brought over, ask and I quote it.

Things I will do, quoted separately

  • Bringing your old data over — Your new app arrives blank, and for most people that is the right way to start. If it is not — you have years of invoices, a real customer list, a library of course material — send me a sample and roughly how much there is, and I will quote moving it. It is usually less than people expect.
  • Writing the words — Page copy, product descriptions, course material. I will tell you for nothing whether what you have is strong enough. Writing it from scratch is a separate job with a separate quote.
  • Building something that is not there — A feature your business needs and the app does not have. Describe what should happen and I will tell you honestly whether it is an afternoon or a fortnight before either of us commits.
  • More room — Storage, bandwidth, users or any other cap on your plan. Ask and I quote the difference. Nothing is rebuilt and there is never a second setup fee.

How your online store gets built

  1. Answer eight questions about what you sell, how many lines, and how you want paying.

  2. I confirm your domain, check your payment provider connects, and invoice.

  3. You pay. I register the name, build the shop, connect checkout and put a test order through it end to end.

  4. Within 48 hours you get your login, a working checkout, and a walk-through of adding your first product.

Before you order

Which payment methods can I take?

Card, bank transfer and cash on delivery are all standard, and most payment providers connect without trouble wherever you are. Tell me which ones you want at checkout and I wire them up. Adding another later takes an email.

Do you take a cut of my sales?

No. What you charge and what you keep is between you and your payment provider. I never sit between you and your money, and I have no visibility of your takings unless you show me.

What happens if I have a very busy day?

Cloudflare absorbs the surge before it reaches the server, and your plan carries 250 GB a month, which is a great deal of shopping. If you start getting close I contact you first. Nothing is throttled without a conversation.

Can I go past 500 products?

Yes. Ask and I quote the extra capacity. Your shop is not rebuilt, your orders are untouched, and there is no second setup fee.

Who deals with refunds and chargebacks?

You do, from your own dashboard and your payment provider. I keep the shop running and the orders flowing; the commercial side of a sale stays entirely yours.

Ready when you are

Eight quick questions, about two minutes. No account, no payment on this site — you get an invoice and you decide.
