Service terms
Nine things, written the way I would say them. If any of it is unclear, that is my fault rather than yours — ask, and I will fix the wording.
Terms of service
You own your data
Everything inside your application belongs to you. Not to me, and not to anyone else. It is not shared, not sold, and not used to train anything.
Ask for a full export whenever you want one and you will have it within 5 business days, at no cost, in a format another system can read. You do not need a reason and you do not need to be leaving.
Cancelling
Tell me at least 30 days before your renewal date and nothing further is charged. There is no cancellation fee, no final invoice, and no call where I try to talk you out of it. An email is enough.
You will not be caught out by the date either. I invoice 30 days before renewal, so the reminder arrives while cancelling still costs nothing.
After you leave
Your data stays on the server for 60 days after your subscription ends. During that window you can ask for a complete backup at any time and I will send it.
After 60 days it is deleted permanently — from the server and from every backup. At that point I cannot get it back for you even if you ask, so take the export while the window is open.
Your domain
The domain is registered in your name, with your details as the legal registrant, from the day it is bought. I administer it on your behalf. I do not own it and I never hold it.
Ask for a transfer at any point — leaving or staying — and it goes wherever you want it, at no charge.
Delivery
Your dashboard is live within 48 hours of two things: your payment clearing, and your intake answers being complete.
If it takes longer than that for a reason on my side, the setup fee comes off your invoice — refunded if you have already paid it. That fee is what you are paying me to do the delivery, so if I am late doing it, you should not be paying for it.
If I am waiting on something from you — a logo, a decision about the domain, an answer I need before I can build — I will tell you on the day. Not at the end of it.
Fair use
The storage and bandwidth on your plan are real limits rather than marketing. They are also not traps.
If you get close to one, I contact you before anything is throttled and quote the difference for more room. Nothing is cut off, slowed down or charged as an overage without a conversation first.
What is not included
Content writing, custom development, paid third-party plugins or themes, data entry, and moving an existing site across are not in the price.
All of them are work I will happily do. Each one gets described, quoted and agreed separately before anything starts, so nothing appears on an invoice you did not expect.
Support
Email support, answered within 24 hours on business days. A person replies. There is no ticket queue and no chatbot in front of me.
It covers your application running correctly: it is up, it is patched, it is backed up, and it behaves. It does not cover training you to use it — though if you ask me where something is, you will get an answer or a link to the right documentation rather than a brush-off.
Uptime
The target is 99.5% in a calendar month, excluding maintenance announced at least 48 hours ahead.
That works out at roughly three and a half hours in a thirty-day month. In practice it is far less than that. The number is what I am willing to commit to in writing, not what I expect to use.
Last updated 2026-08-25. If these change, anyone already on a plan keeps the terms they signed up under until their next renewal, and I tell them what moved.
Something here you would want changed?
Say so before you order. It is a much easier conversation now than later.
