This is an annual payment. One invoice, once a year. Nothing is billed monthly, nothing auto-charges, and no card is kept on file. I invoice you 30 days before renewal and you decide what to do — which is also why the reminder arrives while cancelling still costs nothing.

Email on your own domain
The domain is already yours and already in the price. Mailboxes on it are the one thing that is not, and they are the cheapest upgrade in how your business reads to somebody who has never met you.

What this does not cover
Stated plainly, so nobody finds out after paying.
- Photographing properties, writing descriptions or producing floor plans.
- A feed to Rightmove, Zoopla or any portal. Those are commercial contracts between you and them; if you have one, ask and I quote connecting it.
- Contracts, conveyancing or anything that belongs to a solicitor.
- Importing an existing listing archive or buyer database. Ask and I quote it.
Things I will do, quoted separately
- Bringing your old data over — Your new app arrives blank, and for most people that is the right way to start. If it is not — you have years of invoices, a real customer list, a library of course material — send me a sample and roughly how much there is, and I will quote moving it. It is usually less than people expect.
- Writing the words — Page copy, product descriptions, course material. I will tell you for nothing whether what you have is strong enough. Writing it from scratch is a separate job with a separate quote.
- Building something that is not there — A feature your business needs and the app does not have. Describe what should happen and I will tell you honestly whether it is an afternoon or a fortnight before either of us commits.
- More room — Storage, bandwidth, users or any other cap on your plan. Ask and I quote the difference. Nothing is rebuilt and there is never a second setup fee.
How your estate agency gets built

Before you order
What exactly am I buying?
Two of the systems on this site, set up for property and sold together. A Business Website configured for listings, and a Sales CRM configured for buyers, viewings and offers, joined so an enquiry on a listing lands in the pipeline with the property attached. Bought separately they come to more; the difference is the bundle.
Can it push listings to the property portals?
Not on its own. Portal feeds are commercial agreements between you and the portal, with their own formats and their own fees. If you already have an account, tell me which and I will quote building the feed. If you do not, this is your own shopfront rather than a replacement for one.
How many listings can it hold?
Up to 150 live at once, which suits most independent agencies comfortably. Sold and archived listings do not count against that. If you carry more, say so and I quote the larger plan before you order.
Do the agents each get their own login?
Yes, up to ten, and each sees their own buyers by default. A manager can see everything. That is usually the first thing an agency asks and the last thing a generic website gives them.
What happens to my buyer data if I leave?
It is yours and it leaves with you. A full export within five business days, at no cost, in a format another CRM will read, and the domain transfers wherever you want it.
