The bay books itself while you are under a car.

A garage website and a diary customers can fill without ringing.

$629 for your first year — everything included.

Handed over working, not handed over to configure

  • A garage website at your own address, taking bookings within 48 hours.
  • Bookings against bays and ramps rather than against people, because that is what you actually run out of.
  • Different jobs blocking different amounts of time — an MOT is not a full service and the diary knows it.
  • Reminder texts and emails the day before, which is the cheapest thing you can do about no-shows.
  • Your real opening hours, your holidays and your lunch, so nobody books you at 1pm on a Sunday.
  • A services page with what you do and what it costs, if you want prices shown.
  • Two-way calendar sync, so the diary is on the phone in your pocket.
  • Nightly backups kept 30 days.

Two systems, one price, set up to work together

Nothing here is new software. Each part is one of the systems already on this site, configured for your trade and joined to the others.

Bought separately those come to $728 in the first year. Together they are $629, so the package saves you $99 — and they arrive already talking to each other, which is the part that takes the time.

What you pay, and what it covers

Two figures. No line items, no setup charge broken out, and nothing you find out about after the invoice.

Your first year

$629

Once, before anything is built.

  • The whole thing built, configured and tested before you see it.
  • Your domain registered in your name and pointed at it.
  • Cloudflare, the certificate and the monitoring, all in place on day one.
  • Twelve months of me keeping it running.
  • Your login, within 48 hours of payment clearing.

Every year after that

$469

Once a year, and only if you want another year.

  • Your domain renewed, still in your name.
  • Another twelve months of updates, patches, backups and monitoring.
  • The same support, answered by the same person.
  • Nothing rebuilt and nothing set up again — which is why it costs less.

This is an annual payment. One invoice, once a year. Nothing is billed monthly, nothing auto-charges, and no card is kept on file. I invoice you 30 days before renewal and you decide what to do — which is also why the reminder arrives while cancelling still costs nothing.

All figures in USD.

What the plan actually carries

Need more? Extra capacity is available at any time — just ask. Nothing is rebuilt and there is no second setup fee.

Email on your own domain

The domain is already yours and already in the price. Mailboxes on it are the one thing that is not, and they are the cheapest upgrade in how your business reads to somebody who has never met you.

Business email

$49

A year, on top of your plan. Up to 5 mailboxes.

  • you@yourcompany.com instead of a generic address. It is the first thing a client notices and the last thing they forget.
  • Works in Outlook, Apple Mail, Gmail and on your phone. Nothing new to learn and nothing to install.
  • SPF, DKIM and DMARC set up properly, so what you send actually lands in an inbox.
  • Shared addresses as well — info@, sales@, support@ — pointing wherever you want them to.
  • On the same invoice as everything else, renewing with your plan. Never a second bill from anyone.

Or not

Keep the address you already use.

  • Your car workshop works exactly the same either way.
  • Nothing about the plan changes and nothing is disabled.
  • You can add it later, at the same price, on your next invoice.

Say yes on the order form, or ask me about it first. Adding it a year from now costs exactly the same as adding it today.

What this does not cover

Stated plainly, so nobody finds out after paying.

  • Taking a deposit at booking. It needs a payment provider connected, and it is the single best defence against a wasted bay; say so on the form and I quote it.
  • Parts ordering, stock or a garage management system. If you need job cards and parts, ask about the Business Manager instead.
  • Writing your service descriptions or setting your prices.
  • Vehicle lookup by registration. That is a paid data feed and it is between you and the provider.
  • Moving an existing diary across. Every build starts empty; ask and I quote it.

Things I will do, quoted separately

  • Bringing your old data over — Your new app arrives blank, and for most people that is the right way to start. If it is not — you have years of invoices, a real customer list, a library of course material — send me a sample and roughly how much there is, and I will quote moving it. It is usually less than people expect.
  • Writing the words — Page copy, product descriptions, course material. I will tell you for nothing whether what you have is strong enough. Writing it from scratch is a separate job with a separate quote.
  • Building something that is not there — A feature your business needs and the app does not have. Describe what should happen and I will tell you honestly whether it is an afternoon or a fortnight before either of us commits.
  • More room — Storage, bandwidth, users or any other cap on your plan. Ask and I quote the difference. Nothing is rebuilt and there is never a second setup fee.

How your car workshop gets built

  1. Answer nine questions about your bays, the jobs you take, and your domain.

  2. I confirm your services, how long each job blocks, and your opening hours, then invoice.

  3. You pay. I register the domain, build the site and the diary, and put a test booking through end to end.

  4. Within 48 hours the diary is live and somebody can book an MOT at ten at night.

Before you order

What exactly am I buying?

Two of the systems on this site, set up for a garage and sold together at one price. A Business Website for the shopfront, and a Booking System configured around bays, job durations and your real opening hours. Bought separately they come to more.

Can customers book a specific ramp?

They book a slot; you decide whether the thing being allocated is a bay, a ramp or a mechanic. Most garages allocate bays, because a bay is what limits how many cars you can have in at once. That is set up during handover from your answers.

Will it stop people not turning up?

Reminders cut it noticeably and they are included. What actually stops it is a deposit, which needs a payment provider connected and is quoted separately. Anyone who tells you an automated text solves no-shows has never run a diary with four bays in it.

Does it handle job cards and parts?

No, and you should not buy it expecting that. This is the front of the business — the website and the diary. If what you need is parts, stock and job costing, the Business Manager on this site is the honest answer and I will tell you so rather than sell you this.

What if I only have one bay?

It still works and it is still the right shape, though you may be paying for capacity you will not use. If you are a one-person operation, the Booking System on its own is cheaper and I will happily point you at it.

Ready when you are

Eight quick questions, about two minutes. No account, no payment on this site — you get an invoice and you decide.
