This is an annual payment. One invoice, once a year. Nothing is billed monthly, nothing auto-charges, and no card is kept on file. I invoice you 30 days before renewal and you decide what to do — which is also why the reminder arrives while cancelling still costs nothing.

Email on your own domain
The domain is already yours and already in the price. Mailboxes on it are the one thing that is not, and they are the cheapest upgrade in how your business reads to somebody who has never met you.

- Shared addresses as well — info@, sales@, support@ — pointing wherever you want them to.
- On the same invoice as everything else, renewing with your plan. Never a second bill from anyone.

What this does not cover
Stated plainly, so nobody finds out after paying.
- Uploading your existing files. I build the folder structure; moving the data is yours or quoted separately.
- Custom apps or an integration with software you already run.
- Paid add-ons. Buy the licence and I install it.
- Writing your access policy or training your team to follow it.
- Migrating an existing drive. Every build starts blank — if you want your folders and permissions brought over, ask and I quote it.
Things I will do, quoted separately
- Bringing your old data over — Your new app arrives blank, and for most people that is the right way to start. If it is not — you have years of invoices, a real customer list, a library of course material — send me a sample and roughly how much there is, and I will quote moving it. It is usually less than people expect.
- Writing the words — Page copy, product descriptions, course material. I will tell you for nothing whether what you have is strong enough. Writing it from scratch is a separate job with a separate quote.
- Building something that is not there — A feature your business needs and the app does not have. Describe what should happen and I will tell you honestly whether it is an afternoon or a fortnight before either of us commits.
- More room — Storage, bandwidth, users or any other cap on your plan. Ask and I quote the difference. Nothing is rebuilt and there is never a second setup fee.
How your team drive gets built

Within 48 hours everyone is signed in, sync is running on their machines, and the first share link works.
Before you order
Where are my files actually stored?
On a server I run and manage, reachable only through your own domain and your own logins. Not on a consumer cloud account, not on a drive shared with other businesses, and not somewhere the terms can change next quarter.
What if someone deletes something important?
There are two safety nets. Version history inside the drive covers an overwrite or a deletion in the last while, and a nightly backup kept 30 days covers everything else. Tell me the file and roughly when it vanished, and I get it back.
Can a client download a file without an account?
Yes, and this is the part most people end up using daily. You send a link, put a password on it, and set it to expire. They click and download. They never sign up for anything.
Is 100 GB enough for us?
For documents, contracts, drawings and spreadsheets, comfortably — most teams of ten never see half of it. For raw video or a photo archive, say so before you order and I will quote the right size rather than let you hit a wall in month three.
Does it work when I have no internet?
The desktop sync keeps a real copy of your folders on your machine, so you keep working on a plane or through an outage. It catches up on its own when you reconnect.
