Quotes, invoices and stock in one place instead of four.

The paperwork half of the business, run from one screen.

$649 for your first year — everything included.

Handed over working, not handed over to configure

  • A full business system at your own address within 48 hours, and the administrator login is yours.
  • Quotes that become orders that become invoices, without anybody retyping a line.
  • Your logo, your terms, your numbering and your tax rates on every document that leaves it.
  • Customers, suppliers, products and stock levels, linked rather than sitting in four files.
  • Recurring invoices that go out on their own, and reminders that chase a late payer for you.
  • Up to 10 people, each seeing only the parts of the business you let them see.
  • One screen showing what is owed, what is overdue, what is in stock and what is coming.
  • Nightly backups kept 30 days, and an export of everything whenever you ask.

What you pay, and what it covers

Two figures. No line items, no setup charge broken out, and nothing you find out about after the invoice.

Your first year

$649

Once, before anything is built.

  • The whole thing built, configured and tested before you see it.
  • Your domain registered in your name and pointed at it.
  • Cloudflare, the certificate and the monitoring, all in place on day one.
  • Twelve months of me keeping it running.
  • Your login, within 48 hours of payment clearing.

Every year after that

$489

Once a year, and only if you want another year.

  • Your domain renewed, still in your name.
  • Another twelve months of updates, patches, backups and monitoring.
  • The same support, answered by the same person.
  • Nothing rebuilt and nothing set up again — which is why it costs less.

This is an annual payment. One invoice, once a year. Nothing is billed monthly, nothing auto-charges, and no card is kept on file. I invoice you 30 days before renewal and you decide what to do — which is also why the reminder arrives while cancelling still costs nothing.

All figures in USD.

Need more? Extra capacity is available at any time — just ask. Nothing is rebuilt and there is no second setup fee.

Email on your own domain

The domain is already yours and already in the price. Mailboxes on it are the one thing that is not, and they are the cheapest upgrade in how your business reads to somebody who has never met you.

Business email

$79

A year, on top of your plan. Up to 10 mailboxes.

  • you@yourcompany.com instead of a generic address. It is the first thing a client notices and the last thing they forget.
  • Works in Outlook, Apple Mail, Gmail and on your phone. Nothing new to learn and nothing to install.
  • SPF, DKIM and DMARC set up properly, so what you send actually lands in an inbox.
  • Shared addresses as well — info@, sales@, support@ — pointing wherever you want them to.
  • On the same invoice as everything else, renewing with your plan. Never a second bill from anyone.

Or not

Keep the address you already use.

  • Your business manager works exactly the same either way.
  • Nothing about the plan changes and nothing is disabled.
  • You can add it later, at the same price, on your next invoice.

Say yes on the order form, or ask me about it first. Adding it a year from now costs exactly the same as adding it today.

What this does not cover

Stated plainly, so nobody finds out after paying.

  • Entering your customer list, your product catalogue or your past invoices.
  • Bookkeeping, tax filing or accounting advice. I am not your accountant.
  • Custom modules or an integration with software you already run, built to order.
  • Paid add-ons from the module marketplace. Buy the licence and I install it.
  • Moving an existing system across with its history. Every build starts empty; ask and I quote it.

Things I will do, quoted separately

  • Bringing your old data over — Your new app arrives blank, and for most people that is the right way to start. If it is not — you have years of invoices, a real customer list, a library of course material — send me a sample and roughly how much there is, and I will quote moving it. It is usually less than people expect.
  • Writing the words — Page copy, product descriptions, course material. I will tell you for nothing whether what you have is strong enough. Writing it from scratch is a separate job with a separate quote.
  • Building something that is not there — A feature your business needs and the app does not have. Describe what should happen and I will tell you honestly whether it is an afternoon or a fortnight before either of us commits.
  • More room — Storage, bandwidth, users or any other cap on your plan. Ask and I quote the difference. Nothing is rebuilt and there is never a second setup fee.

How your business manager gets built

  1. Answer nine questions about what you sell, how many of you there are, and your domain.

  2. I confirm your numbering, terms and tax rates, and which parts you want switched on.

  3. You pay. I register the domain, deploy it, brand your documents and raise a test invoice.

  4. Within 48 hours you are logged in and your next quote can go out that afternoon.

Before you order

Is this not too much system for a small business?

It can be, and that is worth saying before you buy. It does far more than most businesses need on day one. What you get set up is the part you actually use — quotes, invoices, customers — with the rest switched off until you want it. If you only need invoices, say so and I will tell you honestly whether this is overkill for you.

Can it replace my accountant?

No, and be suspicious of anything that claims otherwise. It produces clean, consistent records and it will make your accountant considerably happier and probably cheaper. Filing is still theirs and advice is still theirs.

Which currency does it work in?

Whichever you like, and several at once if you sell across borders. It is set up in US dollars unless you tell me otherwise, which covers most people. Say so in the last box on the order form.

Can my clients pay an invoice online?

Yes, with a payment provider connected, and then every invoice carries a pay button with the money going straight to you. Bank transfer and cash carry on working exactly as they do now, and the system still records them.

What about all my old invoices?

Leave them where they are. This starts clean and takes over from your next document, which is simpler and much cheaper than a migration. Your old records stay readable wherever they live now.

Ready when you are

Eight quick questions, about two minutes. No account, no payment on this site — you get an invoice and you decide.
