This is an annual payment. One invoice, once a year. Nothing is billed monthly, nothing auto-charges, and no card is kept on file. I invoice you 30 days before renewal and you decide what to do — which is also why the reminder arrives while cancelling still costs nothing.

Email on your own domain
The domain is already yours and already in the price. Mailboxes on it are the one thing that is not, and they are the cheapest upgrade in how your business reads to somebody who has never met you.

What this does not cover
Stated plainly, so nobody finds out after paying.
- Selling prints or digital downloads. That needs a payment provider connected; ask and I quote it.
- Editing, retouching or culling. That is the job, and it is yours.
- A bespoke theme designed to a brand guide.
- Uploading your existing archive. I build the structure; moving the files is quoted separately.
- Contracts, model releases or licensing paperwork.
Things I will do, quoted separately
- Bringing your old data over — Your new app arrives blank, and for most people that is the right way to start. If it is not — you have years of invoices, a real customer list, a library of course material — send me a sample and roughly how much there is, and I will quote moving it. It is usually less than people expect.
- Writing the words — Page copy, product descriptions, course material. I will tell you for nothing whether what you have is strong enough. Writing it from scratch is a separate job with a separate quote.
- Building something that is not there — A feature your business needs and the app does not have. Describe what should happen and I will tell you honestly whether it is an afternoon or a fortnight before either of us commits.
- More room — Storage, bandwidth, users or any other cap on your plan. Ask and I quote the difference. Nothing is rebuilt and there is never a second setup fee.
How your photography studio gets built

Before you order
What exactly am I buying?
Three of the systems on this site, configured for a photography business and sold at one price: the Business Website for the portfolio, the Photo Gallery for client delivery, and the Booking System for shoots. Bought separately they come to considerably more, which is the point of the bundle.
Why not use one of the photographer platforms?
They are good and they are convenient, and they also charge monthly, take a cut of print sales, and hold your galleries. The argument for this is the same as everywhere else on this site: one annual price, your domain, your files, and nobody between you and the client. If you sell a lot of prints through a platform, do the arithmetic before you switch.
How do clients get their photos?
A link to their own gallery, with a password and a date it stops working. They download at full resolution; nobody else can see it; they never create an account. It is the part photographers use every single day.
Is 100 GB enough for raw files?
For delivered JPEGs, comfortably and for years. For raw files, much less so. This is not meant to be your archive — it is where finished work lives and gets delivered from. Tell me what you actually keep online before you order and I will quote the right size.
Can I sell prints through it?
Not out of the box. It needs a payment provider connected and it is separate work I will quote. If print sales are the main business rather than the shoots, say so and I will tell you honestly whether the Online Store belongs in the mix.
