Patients book their own appointments, and reception gets its day back.
A practice website and an appointment diary. Appointments only, by design.
$629 for your first year — everything included.
Handed over working, not handed over to configure
- A practice website at your own address, taking appointments within 48 hours.
- A diary per practitioner, each with their own clinic hours, rooms and days off.
- Different appointment types blocking different lengths, so a review is not a first consultation.
- Reminders the day before, which cut missed appointments more than anything else you can automate.
- Rooms as well as people, because a treatment room is often the thing that actually runs out.
- A page for each practitioner, their qualifications and what they treat.
- Only a name, a contact detail and an appointment time stored. Nothing clinical. See the FAQ.
- Nightly backups kept 30 days.
Two systems, one price, set up to work together
Nothing here is new software. Each part is one of the systems already on this site, configured for your trade and joined to the others.
Bought separately those come to $728 in the first year. Together they are $629, so the package saves you $99 — and they arrive already talking to each other, which is the part that takes the time.
What you pay, and what it covers
Two figures. No line items, no setup charge broken out, and nothing you find out about after the invoice.
Your first year
$629
Once, before anything is built.
- The whole thing built, configured and tested before you see it.
- Your domain registered in your name and pointed at it.
- Cloudflare, the certificate and the monitoring, all in place on day one.
- Twelve months of me keeping it running.
- Your login, within 48 hours of payment clearing.
Every year after that
$469
Once a year, and only if you want another year.
- Your domain renewed, still in your name.
- Another twelve months of updates, patches, backups and monitoring.
- The same support, answered by the same person.
- Nothing rebuilt and nothing set up again — which is why it costs less.
This is an annual payment. One invoice, once a year. Nothing is billed monthly, nothing auto-charges, and no card is kept on file. I invoice you 30 days before renewal and you decide what to do — which is also why the reminder arrives while cancelling still costs nothing.
All figures in USD.
What the plan actually carries
| Storage | 10 GB |
| Bandwidth | 100 GB / month |
| Users | Up to 10 practitioners |
| Capacity | Unlimited appointments |
| Backups | Every night, kept 30 days |
| SSL certificate | Installed, renewed and watched. No browser warnings on your address. |
| Cloudflare | In front of your domain, filtering traffic and serving pages from the nearest city |
| Support | Email, answered within 24 hours on business days |
| Runs on | WordPress + Easy!Appointments |
Need more? Extra capacity is available at any time — just ask. Nothing is rebuilt and there is no second setup fee.
Email on your own domain
The domain is already yours and already in the price. Mailboxes on it are the one thing that is not, and they are the cheapest upgrade in how your business reads to somebody who has never met you.
Business email
$79
A year, on top of your plan. Up to 10 mailboxes.
- you@yourcompany.com instead of a generic address. It is the first thing a client notices and the last thing they forget.
- Works in Outlook, Apple Mail, Gmail and on your phone. Nothing new to learn and nothing to install.
- SPF, DKIM and DMARC set up properly, so what you send actually lands in an inbox.
- Shared addresses as well — info@, sales@, support@ — pointing wherever you want them to.
- On the same invoice as everything else, renewing with your plan. Never a second bill from anyone.
Or not
—
Keep the address you already use.
- Your clinic works exactly the same either way.
- Nothing about the plan changes and nothing is disabled.
- You can add it later, at the same price, on your next invoice.
Say yes on the order form, or ask me about it first. Adding it a year from now costs exactly the same as adding it today.
What this does not cover
Stated plainly, so nobody finds out after paying.
- Clinical records, patient notes, prescriptions or test results. Not now and not as an extra — see the FAQ, this is deliberate.
- Integration with a practice management or health record system.
- Taking payment or handling insurance claims.
- Anything that would make me a processor of health data on your behalf.
- Moving an existing appointment book across. Every build starts empty.
Things I will do, quoted separately
- Bringing your old data over — Your new app arrives blank, and for most people that is the right way to start. If it is not — you have years of invoices, a real customer list, a library of course material — send me a sample and roughly how much there is, and I will quote moving it. It is usually less than people expect.
- Writing the words — Page copy, product descriptions, course material. I will tell you for nothing whether what you have is strong enough. Writing it from scratch is a separate job with a separate quote.
- Building something that is not there — A feature your business needs and the app does not have. Describe what should happen and I will tell you honestly whether it is an afternoon or a fortnight before either of us commits.
- More room — Storage, bandwidth, users or any other cap on your plan. Ask and I quote the difference. Nothing is rebuilt and there is never a second setup fee.
How your clinic gets built
Answer nine questions about your practitioners, your appointment types, and your domain.
I confirm clinic hours, room constraints and appointment lengths, then invoice.
You pay. I register the domain, build the site and the diary, and put a test appointment through end to end.
Within 48 hours patients can book and reception can stop taking every call.
Before you order
Why does it not hold patient records?
Because that would make me a processor of special-category health data, and that is a legal position rather than a technical feature. It needs a data processing agreement, a lawful basis, breach procedures and advice from somebody qualified to give it. I am not going to take your money and work that out afterwards. Appointments carry a name, a contact and a time, and that is where this stops.
What exactly am I buying, then?
Two of the systems on this site, configured for a practice and sold at one price. A Business Website for the practice and its practitioners, and a Booking System configured around clinic hours, appointment types and rooms. It is the front desk, not the clinical system.
Can it work alongside the records system we already have?
It can sit in front of it perfectly well — patients book here, your staff work there. What I will not do is build a bridge that moves clinical data between them, for the reason in the first answer. Your records vendor may offer that themselves.
Is it suitable for a dentist, a physio, a vet?
Yes to all three, and to most single-site practices. The pattern is the same: several practitioners, rooms that are a real constraint, appointment types of different lengths, and a reception phone that never stops. If your practice is more complicated than that, tell me before you order.
What about reminders and missed appointments?
Email reminders are included and they make a measurable difference. Nothing in the reminder says why somebody is coming in, which is deliberate: a reminder is a message that can be read by whoever picks up the phone.
