Your work, shown properly and still yours.

A gallery on your own domain, not a feed that crops it and keeps it.

$379 for your first year — everything included.

Handed over working, not handed over to configure

  • A gallery at your own address, ready for your first album within 48 hours, and the administrator login is yours.
  • 100 GB of storage, keeping every photo at the resolution you shot it.
  • Private albums for a client, behind a password and an expiry date if you want one.
  • Albums that are public, private, or public-but-unlisted, decided one album at a time.
  • Downloads you control — full resolution for the people who paid, previews for everyone else.
  • Bulk upload that does not fall over at four hundred files.
  • Search by tag, date, album or camera, which matters the day the archive gets big.
  • Nightly backups kept 30 days, on top of whatever you keep at home.

What you pay, and what it covers

Two figures. No line items, no setup charge broken out, and nothing you find out about after the invoice.

Your first year

$379

Once, before anything is built.

  • The whole thing built, configured and tested before you see it.
  • Your domain registered in your name and pointed at it.
  • Cloudflare, the certificate and the monitoring, all in place on day one.
  • Twelve months of me keeping it running.
  • Your login, within 48 hours of payment clearing.

Every year after that

$279

Once a year, and only if you want another year.

  • Your domain renewed, still in your name.
  • Another twelve months of updates, patches, backups and monitoring.
  • The same support, answered by the same person.
  • Nothing rebuilt and nothing set up again — which is why it costs less.

This is an annual payment. One invoice, once a year. Nothing is billed monthly, nothing auto-charges, and no card is kept on file. I invoice you 30 days before renewal and you decide what to do — which is also why the reminder arrives while cancelling still costs nothing.

All figures in USD.

Need more? Extra capacity is available at any time — just ask. Nothing is rebuilt and there is no second setup fee.

Email on your own domain

The domain is already yours and already in the price. Mailboxes on it are the one thing that is not, and they are the cheapest upgrade in how your business reads to somebody who has never met you.

Business email

$49

A year, on top of your plan. Up to 5 mailboxes.

  • you@yourcompany.com instead of a generic address. It is the first thing a client notices and the last thing they forget.
  • Works in Outlook, Apple Mail, Gmail and on your phone. Nothing new to learn and nothing to install.
  • SPF, DKIM and DMARC set up properly, so what you send actually lands in an inbox.
  • Shared addresses as well — info@, sales@, support@ — pointing wherever you want them to.
  • On the same invoice as everything else, renewing with your plan. Never a second bill from anyone.

Or not

Keep the address you already use.

  • Your photo gallery works exactly the same either way.
  • Nothing about the plan changes and nothing is disabled.
  • You can add it later, at the same price, on your next invoice.

Say yes on the order form, or ask me about it first. Adding it a year from now costs exactly the same as adding it today.

What this does not cover

Stated plainly, so nobody finds out after paying.

  • Editing, retouching or culling your photographs.
  • Selling prints or downloads. That needs a payment provider connected; ask and I quote it.
  • A bespoke theme designed to a brand guide.
  • Uploading your existing archive. I build the structure; moving the files is yours or quoted separately.

Things I will do, quoted separately

  • Bringing your old data over — Your new app arrives blank, and for most people that is the right way to start. If it is not — you have years of invoices, a real customer list, a library of course material — send me a sample and roughly how much there is, and I will quote moving it. It is usually less than people expect.
  • Writing the words — Page copy, product descriptions, course material. I will tell you for nothing whether what you have is strong enough. Writing it from scratch is a separate job with a separate quote.
  • Building something that is not there — A feature your business needs and the app does not have. Describe what should happen and I will tell you honestly whether it is an afternoon or a fortnight before either of us commits.
  • More room — Storage, bandwidth, users or any other cap on your plan. Ask and I quote the difference. Nothing is rebuilt and there is never a second setup fee.

How your photo gallery gets built

  1. Answer nine questions about what you shoot, how much of it goes online, and your domain.

  2. I confirm the album structure and who should see what, then invoice.

  3. You pay. I register the domain, deploy it, build the albums and set the permissions.

  4. Within 48 hours you are logged in with somewhere to put your first upload.

Before you order

Why not just use Instagram or a portfolio site?

Use both. A feed is where people find you and this is where the work actually lives, at full resolution, in an order you chose, without a crop or an algorithm between you and it. The difference matters most on the day the feed changes its rules or the portfolio host puts its prices up.

Can I send a client their photos privately?

Yes, and it is what most people use it for daily. An album gets a link, a password and a date it stops working. The client downloads. They never sign up for anything and nobody else can see it.

Is 100 GB enough?

For a working photographer shooting JPEGs it is a lot of years. For raw files it is considerably less. Tell me roughly what you shoot and how much you keep online before you order, and I will quote the right size rather than let you hit a wall in month four.

Who owns the photographs?

You do, entirely and always. Nothing here claims a licence to your work, nothing is used to train anything, and nothing is shown to anyone you did not show it to. That is not a feature, it is just what happens when the server is yours.

Can I sell prints through it?

Not out of the box. It needs a payment provider connected and that is separate work I will quote. If selling is the main point rather than showing, the Online Store is probably the better starting place and I will say so.

Ready when you are

Eight quick questions, about two minutes. No account, no payment on this site — you get an invoice and you decide.
