Your invoices out the door in a minute.
Send it, track it, and know the moment it is paid.
$299 for your first year — everything included.
Handed over working, not handed over to configure
- An invoicing system at your own address sending real invoices within 48 hours, administrator login included.
- Your logo, your terms and your numbering on every document that leaves it.
- Up to 5 people sending and chasing, each with their own login.
- Recurring invoices that go out on their own, on the day you set.
- Reminders that chase a late client for you, politely, so you do not have to.
- Quotes that become invoices without anybody retyping a line item.
- One screen showing what is owed, what is overdue and what has landed this month.
- Nightly backups kept 30 days, and an export whenever you ask for one.
What you pay, and what it covers
Two figures. No line items, no setup charge broken out, and nothing you find out about after the invoice.
Your first year
$299
Once, before anything is built.
- The whole thing built, configured and tested before you see it.
- Your domain registered in your name and pointed at it.
- Cloudflare, the certificate and the monitoring, all in place on day one.
- Twelve months of me keeping it running.
- Your login, within 48 hours of payment clearing.
Every year after that
$199
Once a year, and only if you want another year.
- Your domain renewed, still in your name.
- Another twelve months of updates, patches, backups and monitoring.
- The same support, answered by the same person.
- Nothing rebuilt and nothing set up again — which is why it costs less.
This is an annual payment. One invoice, once a year. Nothing is billed monthly, nothing auto-charges, and no card is kept on file. I invoice you 30 days before renewal and you decide what to do — which is also why the reminder arrives while cancelling still costs nothing.
All figures in USD.

Email on your own domain
The domain is already yours and already in the price. Mailboxes on it are the one thing that is not, and they are the cheapest upgrade in how your business reads to somebody who has never met you.
Business email
$39
A year, on top of your plan. Up to 3 mailboxes.
- you@yourcompany.com instead of a generic address. It is the first thing a client notices and the last thing they forget.
- Works in Outlook, Apple Mail, Gmail and on your phone. Nothing new to learn and nothing to install.
- SPF, DKIM and DMARC set up properly, so what you send actually lands in an inbox.
- Shared addresses as well — info@, sales@, support@ — pointing wherever you want them to.
- On the same invoice as everything else, renewing with your plan. Never a second bill from anyone.
Or not
—
Keep the address you already use.
- Your invoicing system works exactly the same either way.
- Nothing about the plan changes and nothing is disabled.
- You can add it later, at the same price, on your next invoice.
Say yes on the order form, or ask me about it first. Adding it a year from now costs exactly the same as adding it today.
What this does not cover
Stated plainly, so nobody finds out after paying.
- Entering your client list or re-keying your past invoices.
- Custom invoice logic or an integration with your accounting software.
- Paid add-ons. Buy the licence and I install it.
- Bookkeeping, tax filing or accounting advice. I am not your accountant.
- Moving an existing invoicing setup across. Every build starts blank — if you want your clients and history brought over, ask and I quote it.
Things I will do, quoted separately
- Bringing your old data over — Your new app arrives blank, and for most people that is the right way to start. If it is not — you have years of invoices, a real customer list, a library of course material — send me a sample and roughly how much there is, and I will quote moving it. It is usually less than people expect.
- Writing the words — Page copy, product descriptions, course material. I will tell you for nothing whether what you have is strong enough. Writing it from scratch is a separate job with a separate quote.
- Building something that is not there — A feature your business needs and the app does not have. Describe what should happen and I will tell you honestly whether it is an afternoon or a fortnight before either of us commits.
- More room — Storage, bandwidth, users or any other cap on your plan. Ask and I quote the difference. Nothing is rebuilt and there is never a second setup fee.
How your invoicing system gets built
Answer eight questions about your invoice volume, your currency, and whether you bill on a repeat.
I confirm your numbering, your terms and your tax rates, then invoice you — from this same system, as it happens.
You pay. I register the domain, deploy it, brand the template and send a test invoice to your own inbox.
Within 48 hours you are logged in and your first real invoice can go out that afternoon.
Before you order
Which currency does it invoice in?
US dollars unless you tell me otherwise, which covers most people. It handles any currency you need though, including several at once if you bill across borders — put it in the last box on the order form and I set it before handover. Changing it later takes an email.
Can my clients pay online?
Yes, if you want that. Connect your payment provider and every invoice carries a pay button, with the money going straight to you. Bank transfer and cash carry on working exactly as they do now, and the system still tracks them.
Does it handle tax?
It calculates and shows tax on the invoice at whatever rates you set, per line or per document, and it totals it for you at the end of a period. Filing it is between you and your accountant.
Can I use my own invoice design?
Within reason, yes. Your logo, your colours, your terms, your numbering format and your layout choice all change during setup. A completely bespoke template drawn to a brand guide is separate work and I quote it.
What about all my old invoices?
Leave them where they are. This starts clean and takes over from your next invoice, which is simpler than a migration and much cheaper. Your old records stay readable wherever they live now.
Ready when you are
